🚨 We're currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time)

You’re the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, fast, and always helpful.
Responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media

  • Processing returns, exchanges, and order-related questions

  • Providing product information and post-sale support

  • Ensuring a smooth, luxury-level customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Tech-savvy, professional, and solution-oriented

2. Customer Support Manager (Full-Time)

Lead our support team with clarity, consistency, and care.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and training support staff

  • Creating SOPs and improving internal processes

  • Handling escalations and high-level support cases

  • Analyzing support performance and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in customer service management

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.)

3. Senior Website Developer (Freelance or Part-Time, 10+ years experience)

You're a coding wizard with an eye for performance and design.
Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and optimizing our custom-coded website

  • Fixing bugs, improving load speed, and implementing new features

  • Custom-design integrations and backend logic

  • Ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of development experience

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & Liquid

  • Proactive, fast, and detail-oriented

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus

4. Content Creator (Part-Time, Weekly Basis)

You live and breathe content. You know what works – and how to shoot it.
Responsibilities include:

  • Creating high-quality product content (photo & video)

  • Filming custom UGC-style clips for TikTok, Instagram & ads

  • Working with our team to plan, shoot, and deliver weekly content

  • Capturing brand essence through creative storytelling

Requirements:

  • Portfolio of past content work (especially eCommerce-related)

  • Access to professional camera or high-quality phone setup

  • Able to shoot, edit, and deliver weekly

  • Creative, flexible, and on-trend with digital platforms
